Yes, the gîte is entirely private during your stay. You can use all the areas, including the indoor pool and spa, exclusively for your group. You can relax in peace and enjoy every moment together.

The Domaine has 5 bedrooms: a suite on the ground floor adapted for people with reduced mobility, and four bedrooms upstairs, with single, double and bunk beds. The gîte can accommodate up to 15 people, so there's plenty of room for everyone to relax after a busy day.

Yes, the ground floor and the PRM bedroom are accessible. The living areas and swimming pool are also accessible, but the gîte does not have a special launching facility.

The nearest beach is 3 km away, and the supervised beach is 4.5 km away. The nearest supermarket is in Jard-sur-Mer, 4 km away (5 minutes by car).

No, coming to the Domaine without a car is difficult. The train stations are 20 km away and the bus network is limited. To take full advantage of the beaches, markets and tourist sites, a car is essential.

Beaches, Vendée marshes, cycle paths, typical villages, local markets, harbours, water sports and the Puy du Fou is around 1 hour away. The Vendée has a wealth of landscapes and experiences to suit all tastes, young and old.
