Between the Jard-sur-Mer beaches, the Vendée marshes and walks in the great outdoors, we welcome you to our villa for tribal holidays, where we can breathe, laugh and finally take the time to be together.
Here, the charm of the past meets the comfort of today. Located at at the heart of our farm still in operation, this 320 m² family home has been designed to bring people together.
Behind its stonework steeped in history, you'll find a soft, warm atmosphere and convivial living spaces, five bedrooms including one accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), and attention to every detail.
What really sets it apart is this light-filled room, where you'll find a indoor pool heated and a jacuzzi. Accessible all year round, it's a real refuge, summer or winter, when you need to let go.
And, while the children are inventing a thousand games in the enclosed garden, the grown-ups enjoy the moment. Perhaps an aperitif, a good meal, or simply a shared silence.
At Domaine de la Coutardière, we are in the Vendée, close to the Sables d'Olonne, And yet you feel somewhere else.
