A place designed to bring young and old together

Our 320 m² gîte can accommodate up to 15 people so you can enjoy your event in complete privacy. The living spaces have been designed so that everyone can be together: a large table for meals, a comfortable lounge to extend discussions, and a fully-equipped kitchen to organise your time at your own pace.

La heated indoor pool and spa, These are available all year round, and are often an integral part of the festivities. The children love it, and so do the adults. And sometimes, the event is as much about the room as it is about sharing a cake or an aperitif.

In the event of bad weather, everything is taken care of. The swimming pool is covered and heated, and the areas are spacious, comfortable and safe. Outside, the enclosed garden and courtyard allow children to play in peace, while the adults enjoy the moment.

A place to live, with respect for everyone

Domaine de la Coutardière is above all a group gîte, It's not a party room, and it's not a place where you'll be able to enjoy a lively evening. It is not a village hall, nor is it a place for lively parties.

The gîte is located at the entrance to a small village, This is a quiet environment that we are keen to preserve, out of respect for the neighbours and for the quality of everyone's stay. We therefore ask our guests to take care to limit outdoor noise pollution, particularly in the evenings.

Inside, the spaces allow you to enjoy your event to the full, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our aim is to ensure that everyone can enjoy their event with peace of mind, while respecting the venue and its environment.
